Job Purpose: The Flight Attendant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the airline’s flight attendant training and performance meet company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance programs for flight attendant training and performance

  • Conduct regular audits of flight attendant performance and provide feedback to improve service quality
  • Analyze data and produce reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve flight attendant skills and knowledge

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to quality issues
  • Ensure that all quality assurance programs and processes comply with company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as aviation management, business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a flight attendant quality assurance or training role
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, and airline policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance programs
  • Experience in conducting audits, analyzing data, and producing reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
