Position: In-Flight Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: The In-Flight Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of customer service provided by flight attendants and other in-flight personnel. They work to ensure that passengers have a positive experience during their flight, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage in-flight personnel, including flight attendants, to ensure that they are delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Knowledge of airline regulations and safety procedures.
