Job Title: Flight Attendant Recruiter

Job Summary: The Flight Attendant Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for Flight Attendant positions. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and making hiring recommendations to the company. The Flight Attendant Recruiter will work closely with other departments to ensure the recruitment process is aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of Flight Attendant candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, evaluating their experience, skills, and personal characteristics.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, including communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and other industry events as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on aviation or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Understanding of Flight Attendant qualifications, experience, and skills required for the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media.
  • Understanding of legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
  • Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events and other job-related activities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency in other languages may be an advantage.
