The best degree for a flight attendant

And an Associate’s degree may be enough for some flight attendant positions, while a Bachelor’s degree may be required for others. 

Generally a Bachelor’s degree would be required for any manager or supervisor position. And it may also provide more career opportunities and higher pay. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to decide which degree is best for them

3) In-Flight Supervisor

Positions where a Bachelor's degree would be required:
1) Flight attendant Manager
2) Flight attendant Supervisor
3) Flight training manager
4) Flight attendant Recruiter
5) Flight attendant Training Manager
6) Flight attendant Quality Assurance Manager
7) Flight attendant Customer Service Manager
8) Corporate Safety Manager

What you could try to do is get an Associates degree first. Spend a couple of years getting some seniority. Then if you decide to continue your career by getting a management position in your airline you can get a  Bachelor’s degree.

The only negative I can see in this approach is the amount of time it would take.

It would be nice if a student could get an Associate’s degree and then the college would allow the student to get a Bachelor’s degree with only 2 years worth of additional study.

But No! Typically a student would need to complete the full four years of study to receive a Bachelor’s degree.
